Target could be a wonderful alternative to WalMart however they're too arrogant and don't give enough value for the items they overprice. I would pay $7.99 for a small frame that they charge $14 for. Also $16 for a single jar candle? At Walmart I can get 2 18oz jar candles and 3 votives for $10. They smell just as nice and last just as long as any I have tried. Get down off your high horse...

They say they can do returns and look them up on your credit card. Well inmy case the system couldn't do its job, and I was told that I must have used another card. So I drove all the way home and found the receipt, drove back to the store, showed them it was a problem with their system, and couldn't get a simple apology.
