This Target is a mess. Half the shelves were empty and messy. Walmart is looking better inside lately compared to target stores.

I just got 2 grande Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos 1 for me 1 for my dad and we are both very disappointed this is probably the worst I've gotten at this location.
