Perfect dinner for my birthday celebration!
We were seated by the door which made the temperature very cold and almost unbearable every time it was opened (several people were using scarves as blankets). Our waitress was OK but the other wait staff was much more knowledgeable and pleasant. The food was very good and different for the north end with the whole Peruvian infusion. Overall not a bad experience but it wasn't as we expected
About as good as you can get. From moment I walked in, till the moment I left, it was excellent. My waiter, Maris, was outstanding. I often felt like he was a trusted, long time friend. The food was just as he said it would be.
Food was absolutely delicious! Menu is interesting -- not ordinary but not over-the-top "foodie" crazy. It is in the North End, but isn't basic North End fare. Service was outstanding. This was my second visit -- both were wonderful. Several people have recommended it and now, I suggest it whenever I can.
Excellent service and a quality meal. Noise level was high.
