Impressive salsa bar; okay tacos. Long wait, but what else can you expect at a very popular restaurant on Friday night? gave us a chance to try out the salsa bar. Some very good ones, like the Fresno chile, habanero, cilantro, and even the kids salsa was quite fruity and flavorful.

Thank goodness for US turning us onto this little gem! We telecommute and are all over the country. This was one of the top Mexican restaurants we've found. Because of UT crazy liquor laws, you have to eat in the cantina (bar) if you want alcohol. I'm all for State's rights so no skin off my back like some have expressed on earlier reviews. There's plenty of seating at the bar and tables....

The Tarahumara are the native people of Chihuahua, Mexico. They live in and around the Copper Canyon, a series of canyons approximately five times the size of our Grand Canyon situated in the Sierra Tarahumara. They are famous for their long distance running and honesty.
