There is absolutely zero insulation in this apartment building. It's the loudest apartment building I have ever lived in. It seems more like a night club than a place to live most of the time. The music constantly playing in the court yards and pool areas just amplify and the bass will come right through your unit. Don't plan on being able to hear your tv or your own thoughts. There is too much noise from trains that run several times a day and blow their horns no matter the hour, dumpsters banging as they are emptied at 2:00 a.m., street noise, construction, very loud washing machines, dryers and dishwashers, and neighbor noise due to thin walls. This apartments are beautiful and I have everything around me .but the most important it's really save they have the police checking out side if anything happen .the only problem that we could hear the train pass and we can't assess the wifi for the same problem the connection it's too poor..

I have never been this excited to move into an apartment. The property is brand new and the amenities are fantastic. The layout is very modern with clean lines. Coming from out of state, we are not used to having such nice appliances provided. Our last place didn't even have a fridge, let alone a full size washer and dryer.
