DO NOT BUY HERE!!
Lot rent is so high its unbelievable. You'd think that TANGLEWOOD would be able to get the water mains fixed correctly but they don't. The upper park is constantly getting water shut off notices and this is not good for the elderly or pets in the extreme heat. They refuse to fix anything on the lot and is said that its your responsibility.

The park is well kept up but the rent is too high for the services. The rules are very hard to follow and too strict. You pay taxes and rent which amounts to 5,000 per year but you have little control over your own mobile home or lot. If you dont mind the rules the park is otherwise nice

+ well kept, no rif raff, quiet

- exspensive, over regulated, no plowing
