I love this salon. It is very hard to find someone to do naturally curly hair, but Alicia can do it. I have been going to her for years and i love everything about Tangles. I'm giving 2 stars only because I got my money back. I went to get my hair colored from platinum blonde to highlights and lowlights to match my natural med blonde. She didn't put a warm pigment filler in my hair so it turned muddy and green. Another thing that really upsets me I said NOT TO CUT MY HAIR! She did anyways.
