I have lived at a Tandem Properties facility for 10 years. In that time there have been atleast 15 managers but none compare to the management of 2007 and 2008. In the past two years people have proceeded to walk all over the manager at Westgate Village and move in with animals and sattelite dishes left and right. Its incredible that the management does nothing and is pushed around by the residents on a daily basis. Being a manager usually means you have no freinds, usually no one likes you, because you enforce the rules. The manager at Westgate never enforces any rules so its basically...
