They are horrible!!! My son went in three times to join (w moms approval) and they told him he had to work out w 9 year olds. -- he is 16! No reasoning -- just rude!!! He has parents approval....

Circuit workouts that I could get on Internet; also I find the workout provided is rough on my knee & no professional modification. I'd like more machine resistant in circuit. Also heat unbearable. High expense price fees for condition of warehouse building to do workouts & level of trainers.
