Very high prices!

I have been in Irving area for several years and went to alsmost all the grocery stores in this area. Taj is a big place. But with the big size comes high prices and poor customer service. When I compare the price of flour, spices ect with another neighborhood store (Sarigama) Taj charges more. When we want some help with any product there is no one to direct us or help us.

Compared to the other indian stores, i would say this place is much better. Nice & spacious. Usually the produce they sell on weekdays are not really fresh. I would rather shop in this store on...

Almost everything is costlier than nearby indian grocery shop Patel brothers. Example I bought Deccan 20LB rice bag. Taj $16.99. Patel brothers 14.99.$2 difference even on packed item..!!!!No...
