5 STARS! I grew up enjoying Toi San (or Hoi San) cuisine, and this restaurant gets it right. The authentic cooking is flavorful, without using MSG. On my first visit, I was quite pleased to find that their specialty is Clay Pot Rice, and I ordered this with salted fish and pork patty on top.
