Waited 20 minutes for a taco and an order of nachos. Went to the counter to just get a refund and nobody knew how to do a refund. Was then ignored again while they completed more drive through...

The one on loop 288 forgot half my order, had to drive back there and the girl more or less called me a liar...like I wanted to waste gas and go back home to cold and soggy food...not cool....
