Waited 20 mins in line, another 15 in the parking lot after ordering. The food was cold by the time we got it and the meat tasted old. The lady forgot our straws, and insisted we go back in the drive through after waiting 20...mins which we refused! Worst Taco Bell yet!!

The location is convenient, the food was desccent, the attitude of the staff, ONE in particular was so RUDE! She's lucky I had my kids with me or ther would have been a much been story to tell.
