I enjoy Taco Bell when I want to indulge in American style Mexican food..but how can you eat a taco when its given to you cracked on both sides? This has happened on many occasions at this location.

I bought a cheesy roll up with extra cheese and they gave me tortilla with cheese that looked like a mini quesadilla. Instead it was burnt on the sides and had aluminum foil stuck on the tortilla....
