Frankly, I'm just sad and disheartened. I respect the food industry and I understand restaurant employees are sometimes overwhelmed -- perhaps from their shifts being understaffed or whatever....

Literally just went here tonight. As we left we started to eat those delicious nacho fries but they were cold and soggy, we turned around and went back through the drive to get a fresh cooked...

Wait time at the drive through was ridiculously long. Employee was rude. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I've always noticed the poor service at this Taco Bell location. The workers forgot some of our order and our straws even though as we pulled away the first time we asked if there were straws in...

Human beings, listen to the sound of my voice. You are not eating meat when you take a bite of anything on this menu. This kind of food is terrible for you. Show yourself some love and wake up...
