many mistakes

We frequently stay in Lufkin for overnight trips. Each time we have eaten at this Taco Bell they have gotten our order wrong, ie leave out an item, forget the sour cream, etc. The staff is always friendly.

This place was gross we went in to eat and go to the bathroom. We walked though the doors it smelled so bad the bathroom were disgusting. We tuned around and walked out. Very unclean

I frequent Taco Bell 3 times weekly in Houston area and always order on the app. First problem: No utensils and am not going to eat a mini skillet bowl with my hands. Second problem: Sour cream does not get put on mini skillet bowls...
