What can you say about a taco bell, thousands across the country, one bad meal is the server not the chain. This one is a little on the dirty side with homeless regularly camped outside begging money from Walmart while standing next to a no...begging sign.

Of the Taco Bells I've been to, this is by far the stingiest. They give partial cups of cheese sauce. Now they've discontinued seat covers in the restrooms. Just how cheap can a store be?...
