Unable to use the restroom because a woman was apparently coloring her hair.

Nozzle blew off the tea dispenser into my cup. Tea was disgusting.

No flavor to the burrito.

Had to order at a kiosk. Employee s did not seem to want to interact...with patrons.

We Went 2 times in past many weeks to the drive-thrum here. I dont usually go to Taco Bell. 2 times, I did not get a receipt and I had to ask for it. The 2nd time the person literally crumbled up the paper in...front of me , gave it to me with no smile or voice. I said that I did not appreciate her crumbling it and then giving it to me. My wife was in the car and she saw the whole thing...
