Tacos were cold, soft shells were rubbery, worst Taco Bell I've ever had! Live 4 minutes away and tried to call because our tacos were iced cold. No one answered the phone.

Terrible customer service awful.
The food is like old fast food not always great the restaurant is dirty just like the attitude of the workers. There is no ambiance it's just dirty.

Why do you go out of the way to ask what sauce I would like just to give me none??? Also , after repeating my order and me asking " are you sure you got it?" And you answering so rudely "...

The food is Taco Bell so I don't expect much which is great because I didn't get much. It's good for when you're hungry not when you're trying to enjoy your meal.

Your service hours are completely wrong! It was 11:57 pm and the drive thru attendee said y'all were closed...not good business...we got enough playing going on...we don't need anymore!
