I ordered 12 tacos, in the drive thru and a nacho bell-grande. Three hard shell the rest soft shell. Got three soft shell and 9 hard shell tacos, this place has a problem with instructions.

Slow as hell staff here. Busy Saturday night. Only 3 people making food. Drive thru is slammed. Inside are 4 customers. Food is being prepared slow as hell. And one of the employees just walked in...

My whole order was cold and when I called to complain there was no answer. With 2 hours left before they close someone should be answering the phone
