Please, do not hire this company. I was told one thing and they did the exact opposite. The owner is a preditor especially with seniors and women. He cheated me out of almost $2,000. I gave him the chance to do right and do the repairs again but he refused. I reported him to the sheriffs dept, local police dept and the state representative. This business must be under new management compared to when we purchased roofing from there in the past. There are husband wife owners now that I do not remember from before. The woman took our order, she was very spastic, like she was on way too much caffeine, not paying attention to what we explained to her which was a simple t shaped roof with two valleys. If you could subtract a star that is the rating I would give this company.
Do not hire Tack Roofing, they have very poor workmanship, terrible customer service and never keep their promises. I was told that if I wasn’t satisfied with something they would be glad to fix it.
