Great Inexpensive Getaway

I own a condo/timeshare by the winery, but when I want to viisit the area again, from my home in Kansas City I like affordability and quiet. Table Rock Inn has great lodging and dining at a great price. Close to State Park (trails and fishing) and the dam. My most frequented activity is the trout fishing closer to the dam. Remember-the big ones bite at night!

Just south of Table Rock Dam on U.S. 165, this quiet little place serves a full breakfast menu and a lunch of homestyle sandwiches, plus deep-fried catfish, liver and hamburger steaks. Open since the 1960s across the highway from the state park.
