The emplyees were friendly but unfortunately they didn't have the phone I wanted. They wrote up the order & called the other TMobile in Stevenson Ranch to see if they had the phone. They did & I ended up there. However, this location was able to answer my questions. Ultimately, I was a satisfied customer.

I love t mobile but i HATE this store! you go to ask questions and the sales guy is a complete idiot and doesn't know his left hand from his right! He tells me to just call T Mobile..I'm like...
