Editorial reviews from the web (1)

Another food truck goes brick and mortar with the opening of this inexpensive omelet shop in the increasingly stylish Grand Central Market in the heart of DTLA. The stand has a long row of stools and an open kitchen and, of course, the ingredients are fresh – it is an eatery in a market, after all.

Great breakfast sandwich

We wanted to try this place because we had heard so much about it. We waited in line 30 min.on a Sunday morning. The sandwiches were good, bacon and sausage, the brioche buns were great. You have to decide if the wait line is worth it.

Be prepared to wait for a long time, up to an hour sometimes, depending on the time of day. Go early in am if you can, not at lunch. The egg sandwich with bacon is scrumptious but be careful to lean forward or you'll get runny egg on your shirt!

Liked their gaucho beef as well

Their eggs were cooked to perfection. Dip your bread stick into the running egg yolk

Fast forward to 2015, I...

The line seemed to move fairly quickly as it was around 10am on a Wednesday morning. There's also very few options on the menu which is helpful for me because I can be overwhelmed by too many options. Very good sandwich!
