T-Mobile

Most god awful service. Never had a problem till recently. I have no internet service, if I’m lucky I can call out. Problem is my SIM card. Have to take my off day to get a new SIM card to get service? Awful just awful

We switched from AT&T to T-mobile yesterday. I must brag on Tarah at the t-mobile on Whitesburg, she is awesome! She was so patient with us and all my dumb questions, apprehension and indecisiveness. Tarah Langhorn was GREAT.  She answered all of my questions, so clearly.   I was very satisfied with my whole experience that afternoon, and I really enjoy the phone I have now.  I'm still learning how to use it.  I'm not so comfortable with cell phones and Tarah explained everything so well that I felt fine.
