I am very unhappy with this store at Highway 6 I would not recommend it.I bought my Sideckick LX 2009 here and when I bought it the guy that works there I guess he was new not to be mean or anything I know it happens when your new that you make mistake well he didnt put down that I wanted insurance when I had told him I did want it well now my phone is kind of not working and I could not get...

the hours of operation on the outside of the store said 10am-8pm. I arrived at the location at 9:40 am...and at 10:40 am noone had arrived. This is very unprofessional being that the parking lot was full of peopel attempting to get into the store.

Ttheir is a girl that works there at the t-mobile store by the name of christy who has a real bad attitude over the phone i wouldnt recommend anyone to go there or try to get any help from them....im a loyal 5 year customer with a simple question and she had an attitude same as not wanting to answer my questions so she didnt want to talk to me and tried to hang up asap...no thanx
