They will say anything to get you to sign a contract and then tell you "Oh, that guy was new, and didn't know that's not our policy, sorry." I have already reported them to the Better Busines Bureau, the FCC, and the States Attorney's office. If you are dead set on getting a phone at T-Mobile, GET IT ALL IN WRITING!!! If you don't you're probably not going to get what you thought you were...
