I would have given 5 stars BUT I was highly disappointed after being ensured a SOFT credit check would process and finding out today, it was a hard credit check bringing my credit score down 14 points. I expressed my concern and the rep ensured I was not to worry. To think I was going to leave Verizon when t-mobile is already screwing me BEFORE i sign up! Go figure!
