Horribly irresonsible company! Nearly all car seats and boosters are several years expired. Your children are not safe!!!! This is really, really serious! They are putting your children in car seats that expired up to ten yearsago. I drove for them for a little over a year and expressed my concerns over this but was ignored every time. Parents... if your child requires a car seat or booster, contact your district because your child is not safe on a T &L bus~!!
The absolute worst place you could work. The owners treat the drivers like garbage, screaming at and berating them. They don't care about or value you at all. They will actually tell you they have no-one to cover your run and you have to come in to work even if your child is in the hospital. They scream at eachother (husband and wife) in the office, cursing at eachother at the top of their lungs. You will actually get written up if you check in one minute late. They illegally double and triple routes, causing overcrowding on buses and children to be on the bus for over two hours. It goes on and on. Believe me, it is the worst place around. Drivers quit while still under contract, owing the company over $1,000 just to get out of working there anymore.
I was driving on Evesboro-Medford Road in Marlton yesterday. This bus driver tried to bully me off the road. It was a residential area and the speed limit was 45 miles per hour. He was tailgating me and kept beeping at me to move aside for him. I am a taxpayer and I was abiding by the law. I refuse to move aside for a bully, an unsafe driver and someone who thinks he owns the road. Thank God my children do not travel with such an unsafe driver and I pity the children who do. He drove around me, and got on to the opposite side on the road in front of Frances De Masi Elementary school, to over take me, almost causing an accident, and was in such a rush only to hit a red light at the intersection of Greentree Road and Evesboro-Medford Road. Thanks to the red light I was able to write down his bus number and his license plate number. He ended up getting stuck behind 5 cars on Church Road, I wonder how he handled that lol. Instead of calling the cops I decided to call a manager at T & L Transportation. I left him a message about his wreck-less, and dangerous driver. As of yet I have not heard back. I did what he asked in the last review and no results. After reading the reviews, it appears to be these drivers may be trained or allowed to disobey the law and treat other drivers with disrespect and jeopardize all human beings' lives, for the sake of being in a rush to get somewhere.
Today, driving to the mall with my 2 young children, a T & L driver on bus 176 didn't like the fact that the person in front of her was making a left. I was going past in the right lane, and merged into 1 ane. The woman driving the bus was SO angry that she had to start cursing and screaming at me. She pointed at me and my children, and kept pointing to the side of the road. Not only that, she felt the need to point at us and give us the finger while she was yelling. Nice to see that these bus drivers have such class. My kids were horrified! I hope she gets SOME kind of reprimand, and I really hope drivers like that get taken off the road. Talk about road rage and stupidity!

I was a driver here for over a year, and my god what an awful experience. You are treated like a second class citizen, and I was good at my job. I showed up every day, and loved my children. If the owner finds one thing wrong with you, he will degrade you, cut your hours, and make you basically feel like dirt. Les and Teri care nothing about their employees, and happily sit and talk about them, no matter who is listening. I feel bad for anyone who is stuck there. And don't let you kids ride either. Several times I was given a bus that was very poorly maintained,and the owners didn't care!
I was a bus aide for three years for this company. I worked hard and always got my job done, through good and bad circumstances. Not only have I dealt with bad drivers, I was treated rudely and unfair by many of the employers there. I was hired back this summer, and they decided to fire me the next day. I am guessing it is something personal, because I am a great bus aide to have. I think the way they treat their employees is un-called for. I really wish they could get what they deserve. Millionaires can't even pay their employees what they should. Shows how greedy, rude, and just down right cold people can be. When I asked for a reason to why I was fired, the owner slammed a door in my face...like I am not worthy of explanation? The sad thing is, I loved the kids more than anything, and was willing to be treated like **** if it meant I could be on the bus again. What low life, scum bags. Do not work here, unless you are willing to be someones puppet.
This place is terrible, do not let your children be transported by this company, the drivers are rude and unprofessional. This is a problem throughout the company, simple problems become major ones simply because they do not know how to run a business. Simply put if you see T&L on the side of your childrens bus, call the school and demand a different company take them.
