Whenever myself or one of my family member's are ill Dr. Earl and his staff are willing to squeeze us onto his very busy schedule. He has great bedside manners and listens to your needs. I am grateful for his care for myself and most importantly my family.

Doesn't get back with you on tests that were done. Front office rude. Lack of communication between him and office staff. Doesn't let you know what's going on.

Have tried to get surgery release faxed to TCO since mid-January. Dr. Earls office claims they have repeatedly faxed, but it never arrives at destination. Went in to physically pick it up and take it to surgeon and was told it was lost. Was told they would have Dr. Earl sign the new form so it could be picked up and taken to appointment with surgeon. I take my 3 kids to see Dr Earl. He is the best doctor I have ever known. I would not trust anyone else with my kiddos.
