This customer is misstating the facts. The facts are that his desktop repair took less than two weeks and it took that long because the initial part was bad. That repair was ready in less than two weeks and the customer was informed at that time it was ready. He could have picked up that repair immediately. He chose not to pick up when he was informed that the desktop was ready. He picked up the desktop about 8 days after being informed that desktop was ready. First off, let's talk about the decrepit and cluttered store itself. The owners/operators are clearly hoarders of the worst type, and their pathological incompetence extends into every facet of their business.
