Increase Rates Every Year !!!

They are usually very good at picking up our trash. They only missed 3-4 times over 6.5 yrs and always came the next day.

BUT they keep increasing rates $2 per quarter. That's $8 a yr * 6 years = $48 increase. It is now up to $80 per quarter...$320/yr. That is insane for a residential customer. Gas prices have been pretty steady, so I can't understand why the need for the increase.

I hope that magnetic calendar we got this yr wasn't the cause for the rate increase. If so, can I return it so my rates are lower?

Actually I am researching other trash co's right now and we might be switching to find something more reasonable.
