My child has been attending Sylvan for quite a while and the turn over is ridiculous! It is very frustrating to have to learn there is a brand new staff every 4 months. On top of that, the owners dont tell us that people are leaving or seem to care that new people have no clue who my daughter is and the specific plan I had worked out with prior directors.
