Response to complaint against Sylvan Learning (Raleigh, NC)

I am a co-franchisee and Regional Director of the Sylvan Learning Centers in Raleigh, NC.  I am very surprised and so sorry to hear about the experience you had with Sylvan.  I am also very concerned about this situation and would like to request additional information from you so I can look into this immediately.

I was hired as a tutor with Sylvan Learning Center at 3200 Spring Forest Rd in Raleigh North Carolina and was asked on my date of hire if I was willing to start early and help out the 7209 Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh location since they were short handed and the director of the center was out on sick leave.
