Came here to get car inspected and really let down. Loud rap music playing the "mechanics" are in the lobby talking about how much they charged this one guy when they should've charged more......

Absolutely worst place to go in Sylva, especially for a female! They talk to you like you know nothing about cars and even told me they couldn't inspect my car because it was in a county other than Jackson county. Glad they basically refused service so I couldn't contribute to their inbred lifestyle. Would not recommend even if they paid me.

2 words- CAVEAT EMPTOR!
I was quoted $375 for a set of tires for my Toyota. When I returned for puickup, they told me it would be $675. They had not even called to ask permission to proceed at the higher cost. Due to time restarints, I couldn't have them replace the old tires.
There are plenty of choices for tire purchases in the area. Sylva tire should NOT be one of them.

After being given a quote at$275, the final total was $675. They did not even call me to discuss it. Due to time constraints, I could not have them remount the old tires. Caveat Emptor!! There are plenty of other more customer friendly operations in Sylva.
