This company sold us a $700+ grill less than a year ago, and although it's under a two year warranty, the OWNER refused to help us although our warranty indicates that as a dealer, he should! Then to make matters worse, he hung up on me, saying he had a store full of more important customers! I rarely share these types of situations publicly, but that kind of attitude is not how Winter Springs...
