If you have to ask what the dress code is at this popular downtown meeting spot, you clearly haven't done your homework. Swank is A Posh Eatery by name and nature both---a place to strut designer attire while pretending you're in Manhattan. The menu is mostly comprised of sophisticated nibbles, with a few entrées thrown in for good measure. Thin-crust pizzas and gourmet sandwiches are popular....
