This is one of the best apartment communities I have rented. The maintenance staff are fabulous and do such a great job with snow removal. Everyone of the staff has been pleasant and helpful. I have a quiet place, nice size apartment and easy access to all major routes. Just signed my second year lease with no reservations. Great place.

I moved out as soon as I could and found out that there are far better places in Worcester! As several other reviewers have pointed out, the management is horrible and will cheat you for your deposit. The maintenance guys are good and nice, but you'll see them all the time because the buildings are beyond repair. And you'll see the pest control too.

We just moved out of Sutton Apartments after living there for the past four years. Our apartment was big and it had a lot of windows, so it was always sunny. The matinenece guys and manager were friendly and quick to respond. I felt the community was quiet and well maintained. Overall, I really liked living there and if we didn't buy a house, I would have definately stayed!
