Hands down the ultimate natural food authority in Orlando!! This is the only place I shop for all of my natural foods & supplements for my Olympia contest prep. Paul Dragon is the most knowledgeable professional "Guru" in the industry!

In my opinion it's the best health food store in C.F., great atmosphere,best quality products,great prices,friendly staff,this is the type of place where the owner itself takes care of you and explain you any single detail about the products and also he is a really cool guy.
