It's not the quite the same since mezo left but, they're getting better. Good happy hour and still good atmosphere to just have some drinks. And being in an old house is what makes it a juke joint.

Mezo not Alto. Stopped for lunch on a Friday about 1pm. Had the place to myself, so service was outstanding. I had the Joint Burger with potato salad. The burger was very satisfying, but not spectacular. The portion was large and grilled nicely. The bun was slightly toasted. Very generous with the lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions.
