There is no shortage of sushi places in the area...some feel like production line operations. Sushi Kuu is not like that. Although the place is small...it is always fresh and quite frankly my most favorite sushi place in the area. I love the Parsippany rolls. Make sure you try this place out. Well worth the trip.

I have been to Sushi Kuu many times. The place is very clean the sushi is always fresh. My 10 and 11 year old daughters love this place as well. It is their favorite restaurant for Sushi. Nice choices, good quality

Nothing special about the ambiance, but friendly staff and great quality sushi for a small town place. It's been here for about 3 years now, I think, and the menu has expanded and the choices and quality have stepped up their game. Never disappointed and their specials are usually very interesting and tasty. Would definitely recommend. The appearance is deceiving.

This is a local restaurant in my neighborhood, and we usually get the sushi as take-out. However, whenever I go to any other sushi restaurant, even the fancy ones, the sushi is never as fresh and good as at Sushi Kuu. I would consider this the best sushi restaurant in the area.
