Sushi Kanpai is a full Japanese retaurant serving sushi, sashimi, rolls, entrees, sake, wine & beer. We serve lunch, dinner & happy hours.
Sushi Kanpai is the first tenant of the retail space located on the ground floor of the building. From the ground up, Sushi Kanpai is our creation. We did everything from designing the layout to picking out the wall colors, building our own sushi bar to selecting the curtains. From wall to wall and from sushi bar to the kitchen, we put our heart and soul into this restaurant.
Daily fresh sushi, happy hour prices until 7pm, very friendly staff, and serves larger portions than most restaurants.
Conveniently located on 8th avenue in Seattle, Sushi Kanpai serves solid lunch combination bentos, coupled with innovative rolls & excellent Sushi. There are other excellent Sushi places in the city, but the value you get from Kanpai can't be beat. Try their "Alaskan" roll. It's one of their best rolls.
I came here with a group of 12 last night. We arrived at 5:30 which want we were able to take advantage of the happy hour menu. OMG it was so good. Service was great. Sushi was fresh. They note on their menu that they don't like to split bills but they were wonderful with us about it. I can't...
Glad I came here. If you like hot, try the "hot nights" sushi roll. Each piece is topped with a thin slice of jalapeño. Salad is quite good too. Someone at our table also had a "heart attack," which is also pretty spicy. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient staff.
This place is ideal for a quick Bento Lunch or a more leisurely Happy Hour. Sure it's close to both work and home, and that adds in a convenience factor, but really for the price the quality has...
