I have used Susan twice now for 2 purchases in 2012 and again in 2014. From minute 1, Susan was professional, friendly and showed me homes throughout Champaign-Urbana as I was new to the area.

If you want a realtor who knows the area and will be there for you every step of the way, Susan is the one!!

Susan is a great person and realitor. We had our house on the market for a year and half with Ryan Dallas and only had about 4-6 showing. Took it off for 3 month and then put it back on the market with Susan and being on the market for 28 days we got an offer! Within the month it was on the market we had a lot more traffice then we did the whole year and half with the other guys.
She knows...
