horrific experience. she's a hack and should have her license revoked. my father had an acute crisis that arose out of nowhere and required immediate attention. this thing of 'doctor' yelled at him, trivialized his issue, was condescending, lacked compassion, and took no additional steps to ensure his safety. guess what happened? my family will never be the same. and she needs to retire

Dr Rosenbaum saw my 15 year old son for anxiety and depression. She was right on target when she described what he was going through. We felt extremely confident in our decisions on how to treat him. He was in a state of crisis and they supported us completely until he could be seen. Highly recommend her. She also has an amazing office support person who returned calls and kept in touch with...

I would not recommend her to anyone. She does not return phone calls. A message was left on Monday and again on Wednesday, today is Thursday and no response. This is unacceptable. This is not the only incident.

Unhappy with the lack of response to phone calls. A call was made 3 days ago and yesterday and still no response. If she is unavailable then her voicemail should reflect that. Although she is in the Blue Cross network, her office does not follow proper procedures
