The management need to get rid of Renee and find someone who can do the job. Their maintenance staff is lazy and incompetent. Actually, they are not even worth a rating.

They don't pay there bills for services/maintenance done on there property, such as pool, apartment walls, etc. The property management doesn't take responsibility in paying the bills to maintain the property. As you can see by below they will tell you one thing as what they will do but in reality don't do it and then your the one that has a bad report, etc. There are so many other locations...

I lived at surrey oaks. when my lease was up, i moved. they sent me a bill for moving out. i was paid until the end of the month. i told them i had to leave to go to Geargia, because of my family. they said it was a move out fee. it is now on my credit report. the place has no security. the air runs all the time. electric bill wa really high during the summer months.
