I bought glasses and contacts in November. The fitting of the glasses was very bad, they hardly would stay on my face. Interestingly, I asked about the size and fit of my glasses from another optometrist. His response "these are ridiculously large". I was a customer at Suresight Eyecare and the people there were rude and not willing to work with there customers. The staff was texting and not listening to me when I was talking to them. I felt that they were very unprofessional. The manager was not a leader. He did not take charge of the problem I wa having, the staff member I was wotking with had to turn around and ask for his help before...
