Was overcharged for A/C still under parts warranty. Labor charge for repair of less than one hour over $ 400. Called owner who told me that I didn't understand he was a "for profit business" and that was how this works. The owner was condescending, dismissive and rude. Told me to be quiet while he explained how business works.

Had a new furnace installed this week, very happy with the job they did. got a rebate from my utility company that i did not even know i was getting. EVEN BETTER!!!!!
