I just got my coffee mugs from cooper and clement. They look great! The customer service went above and beyond what can be expected to help me out!
They sell under the company name "MugMart" and are absolutely terrible. They act like they're entitled to your business instead of treating you like they realize that without customers, they're not a business.
They're completely unresponsive, do not honor the timelines they say they'll meet, refuse to stand behind their product, and refuse to give you a phone number when you ask to speak to them. But don't worry, I found it online through business registration: 1 - 800 - 346 - 5289.
They're not helpful over the phone either but you can at least push for a straight answer.
Terrible company to deal with. I dont think the overall staff is bad but the office manager is AWFUL and she ties everyone elses hands. Just awful.
DO NOT use this company. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced as a promotional products distributor. I ordered mugs with one of their standard purple color options from their website and they printed them navy blue. It was not even close to the color they were supposed to be. They refused to reprint the mugs and would not give me a refund. My client refused to pay for them so I lost almost $400 because of their mistake. They did offer me a 25% refund which after 2 months still have not sent and will not respond to my requests asking where it is. Please learn from my mistake and do not place orders with this company also known as Mug Mart.
We have used C&C for over 20 years and as of the last couple of years they have got rid of a majority of their staff and their customer service has just turned terrible. They don't care about the customer and are unwilling to accomidate any job that doesn't strictly follow their production time. I'm sorry to say I will be moving our business over to Guildlines in Rochester.
