3 area rugs cleaned. All 3 came back a little faded but acceptable. I'm generally happy with the cleaning however I didn't appreciate being told that my rugs would be done depending on how many commercial accounts they have come in that get priority. You're required to pay for the job up front yet I get put at the back of the line? No phone call to tell me the rugs were done. I didn't feel like...
