Early morning confusion

My oil change was scheduled at 730 right when they open. There was confusion about where to park and there seem to be too many other customers scheduled at the same time. It was 7:45 before I even got to talk to someone. Once I did get help with my car they were helpful. I know you wash my car but a one hour oil change is just too long.
